You can't watch a metrics endpoint all day, and you shouldn't have to. This polls it on a schedule and pings Slack only when it crosses your threshold. You hear about a problem the moment it's real, not when a user reports it for you.

On macOS or Linux with the Docker CLI available, run a shell toggle for one named container, then check its running status. Edit the container name before import.
Import “Log Monitor Alert” into your workspace, finish the setup, and it runs automatically from then on.
