New Follower: Play or Pause Spotify

When a new follower lands on Twitch, Conductor Deck triggers the Spotify Play / Pause action you choose after import. This toggles the current playback state: music that is playing pauses, while paused music resumes. Install a compatible Spotify Stream Deck plugin first, then choose its Play / Pause action in the builder.

Why use this template

Use this when changing Spotify's current playback state on each new follower fits your show. The Twitch event triggers Play / Pause automatically: it pauses music that is currently playing and resumes music that is currently paused.
