Search for the app you need
Open Integrations and search for the app you want to use. Pick the provider that matches the task, not the first one that looks close.
If the app offers several connection types, choose the one that matches your workflow and access needs.
Authorize the account
Complete the connection flow and return to the app after the authorization finishes.
Use the same account you expect the workflow to act on. That keeps permissions and data in one place.
- Check that the connection appears in your account list.
- Verify the account name before you save the workflow.
- Reconnect immediately if the provider reports a stale token or missing scope.
Confirm the connection is usable
Try the integration in a draft workflow before you rely on it for anything important.
If the app fails during setup, fix the connection first. Do not work around an unhealthy account by copying the same action elsewhere.
